General Information
Production Time
Production time begins the day the artwork is approved. On exact reorders the production time begins the day the purchase order is received.
Rush Orders
Rush Orders are offered on all products listed. A rush fee of $35 may be applied. Production time on rush orders will vary so please call for details.
Proofs
Please note that colors vary between monitors and printers -- the color you see on your monitor or printer may not be exactly the same as the color that is printed on our press. If PMS colors are provided we will do our best to come as close as possible but cannot guarantee colors will be exact. Label proofs are sent electronically via email at no charge with each order. Faxed proofs can be sent upon request.
Artwork
Art should be sent as an outlined vector image in one of the following file types: .AI (Adobe Illustrator), .EPS (Encapsulated Postscript), .PDF (Photoshop Distributing File). Please include Pantone numbers and True Type font names if available. Please email art to orders@rainingrose.com.
Set-up Charges
There is a one time set-up charge of $50 (T) per logo.
Order Payment
All first orders are to be prepaid. Net 30 terms with approved credit will be offered on subsequent orders.
Overruns / Underruns
Exact quantity will be shipped on most orders, but on all orders the industry standard of a 5% overrun/underrrun will be permissible and invoiced.
